　　新仪器-荧光酶联斑点分析仪培训

　　大家好！公共仪器与测试分析平台计划于9月27日开展荧光酶联斑点图像分析仪（新仪器）培训，欢迎各课题组、平台积极报名参加！ 

　　荧光酶联免疫斑点检测分析仪（S6 Unviersal型），能自动拍摄多色荧光和双色酶联免疫斑点（ELISPOT）图像并自动分析。该仪器结合细胞培养技术和荧光或酶联免疫技术，在单细胞水平检测细胞因子或抗体的分泌水平，可分析计算分泌细胞因子的细胞或分泌抗体的B细胞的频率，敏感性可达10^－6，可从一百万PBMC中检测到分泌细胞因子或抗体的阳性细胞。该仪器主要用于对抗原特性T细胞和B细胞的检测和频率分析，适用于对宿主特异性免疫应答功能的研究。

报名范围及培训要求： 

1.理论培训不限范围，可自由报名，集中培训。 

2.上机操作培训，近3个月内需要使用该仪器开展实验的人员。 

3.申请上机操作培训者，必须已参加理论培训。 

理论培训时间：9月27日，10:00-11:30，地点：报告厅A201。  

上机培训时间：9月27日，13:00-15:00, 地点：A312，为了保证培训质量暂定5人/组，依据报名情况分组另行通知。

New Instrument - Elispot (S6 Unviersal) Training Notice 

We plans to hold an training of Elispot -S6 Unviersal on September 27 .Welcome to sign up and participate!  

This instrument automatically captures multi-color fluorescence and dual-color enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISPOT) images and analyzes them automatically. The instrument combines cell culture technology and fluorescence or enzyme-linked immunosorbent technology to detect the secretion level of cytokines or antibodies at the single-cell level, and can analyze and calculate the frequency of cytokine-secreting cells or antibody-secreting B cells, with a sensitivity of up to 10^{- 6}. Positive cells secreting cytokines or antibodies can be detected from one million PBMCs. The instrument is mainly used for the detection and frequency analysis of antigen-specific T cells and B cells, and is suitable for the study of host-specific immune response functions.

Application and training requirements:  

1. Theoretical training: free registration and centralized training. 

2. Operation training is limited to personnel who need to use the instrument to carry out experiments within nearly 3 months. 

3. Those who apply for operation training must have participated in theoretical training. 

Theoretical training time: September 27, 10:00-11:30, location:  A201. 

Operation training time: September 27, 13:00-15:00, location: A312, in order to ensure the quality of the training, 5 people/group are tentatively scheduled, and the group will be notified separately according to the registration situation.
