超多参数流式细胞仪上机培训通知

超多参数流式细胞仪Cytek Aurora CS于2025年4月10日完成硬件软件升级，硬件软件部分与之前有所不同。为便于老师、同学们更好地使用该仪器，公共仪器与测试分析平台计划于4月24日开展培训，欢迎大家积极报名参加！

Cytek Aurora CS功能特点：

1. 全光谱，5激光（355nm、405nm、488nm、561nm、647nm），配置64个检测通道；

2. 喷嘴规格：70μm、85μm、100μm、130μm；多至6路分选，多种分选模式（15ml离心管、流式管、EP管、96孔板)；

3. 上样仓及分选仓温度可控（4-30℃）；

4. Live View功能可实时监测分选。

培训安排：

Cytek Aurora CS Flow Cytometer Training Notice

The Cytek Aurora CS flow cytometer underwent hardware and software upgrades on April 10, 2025, with notable changes to both components. To ensure optimal utilization of the instrument, the Analytical Core Facility will organize a training session on April 24. We warmly welcome all faculty and students to register!

Features of Cytek Aurora CS:

1. Full-spectrum detection with 5 lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 647nm), equipped with 64 detection channels.

2. Nozzle specifications: 70μm, 85μm, 100μm, 130μm; supports up to 6-way sorting with multiple modes (15mL centrifuge tubes, flow tubes, EP tubes, 96-well plates).

3. Temperature-controlled sample loading and sorting chambers (4–30°C).

4. Live View function enables real-time monitoring during sorting.
