操作培训时间：15:00，地点：B906

报名范围及培训要求：

1. 上机操作不限范围，可自由报名，分组培训；

2. 实验准备和上机操作时间预计1.5小时；

Training Notice for Digital PCR Technology Applications and Operation 

To facilitate the mastery of the new Roche Digital PCR instrument in applications such as mRNA vaccine development quality control, low-copy-number target detection, and multiplex pathogen detection, the Pathogen Discovery and Preservation Facility will host a training session on digital PCR technology applications and operation. Please register as needed.

Theory training time: 13:30, April 10, 2025, location: B207

Operational training: 15:00, location: B906

Scope of application and training requirements:

1. Operational training is open to all interested participants and will be conducted in groups.

2. The experimental preparation and instrument operation training is expected to last approximately 1.5 hours.
