光学成像基础及倒置荧光显微镜培训通知

公共仪器与测试分析平台将在2025年3月20日开展光学成像基础理论和倒置荧光显微镜 （Olympus IX73）上机培训。

Olympus IX73 倒置荧光显微镜拥有4×、10×、20×、40×、60×(油)、100×（油）物镜，可用于培养细胞的明场/荧光观察和图像采集；固定细胞/组织样品免疫荧光观察和图像采集。

使用Olympus IX73 倒置荧光显微镜的实验人员必须依次参加理论培训、上机操作培训（申请上机培训者必须参加理论培训）、带教，并通过考核，签订安全操作承诺书后，获得上机权限，目前使用线下登记双签制度。

设备使用，采取预约或现场登记的方式。

报名范围及培训要求

1. 理论培训不限范围，可到场签到，集中培训。

2. 上机培训限12人，每个课题组一个名额。同组内先报先得。

Training Notice for Basic Optical Imaging Principle and Application of Inverted Fluorescence Microscope

The Analytical Core Facility will conduct a theoretical course on optical imaging and hands-on training on the inverted fluorescence microscope (Olympus IX73) on March 20, 2025.

Olympus IX73 inverted fluorescence microscope has 4×、10×、20×、40×、60×(oil)、100×（oil） lenses which are suitable for imaging. It could be used for both bright field and fluorescent observation and image acquisition of live cells and fixed cell/tissue sample.

The experimental personnel must participate in theoretical course, hands-on training, and pass the assessment before obtaining authorization. You can make a reservation if you want to use the device.

Application scope

1. Theoretical course is not limited, and you can sign up offline.

2. Only 12 persons can take part in the hands-on training. One for each group.
