生物大分子相互作用系统Biacore T200培训通知
Biacore基于表面等离子共振(SPR)技术,具有实时检测、无需标记、卓越的灵敏度、可靠的数据质量等特点,能够检测的分子类型十分丰富,包括小分子化合物、蛋白、核酸、多糖等几乎所有的生物分子。
可应用于1、动力学分析:精确测定生物分子相互作用的结合速率常数(ka)、解离速率常数(kd),从而计算出亲和力常数(KD),为深入了解分子间作用机制提供关键数据。
2、亲和力测定:可准确评估不同生物分子对之间亲和力的强弱,帮助筛选高亲和力的分子对,在药物靶点发现与优化中具有重要意义。
3、浓度测定:通过与已知浓度的参考样品对比,能够对未知样品中的生物分子浓度进行定量分析。
4、特异性分析:能有效区分特异性结合与非特异性结合,确定生物分子相互作用的特异性,为研究复杂生物体系提供有力支持。

Training Notice for Biomolecular Interaction Analysis System Biacore T200
Biacore is based on the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technology. It features real-time detection, label-free operation, excellent sensitivity, and reliable data quality. It can detect a wide variety of molecular types, including almost all biomolecules such as small molecule compounds, proteins, nucleic acids, polysaccharides, etc.
It can be applied in the following aspects:
1. Kinetic analysis: Precisely determine the association rate constant (ka) and dissociation rate constant (kd) of biomolecular interactions, and thus calculate the affinity constant (KD), providing key data for a deep understanding of the molecular interaction mechanism.
2. Affinity determination: Accurately evaluate the strength of affinity between different biomolecular pairs, helping to screen high-affinity molecular pairs, which is of great significance in drug target discovery and optimization.
3. Concentration determination: By comparing with reference samples of known concentrations, the concentration of biomolecules in unknown samples can be quantitatively analyzed.
4. Specificity analysis: It can effectively distinguish specific binding from non-specific binding, determine the specificity of biomolecular interactions, and provide strong support for the study of complex biological systems.
