自动化核酸提取仪及RTQ培训通知

为便于大家更深入掌握全自动化核酸提取和RTQ技术，病原发现与保藏平台将举办全自动化核酸提取仪及RTQ讲座培训，请大家按需求报名。

培训时间：2025年3月4日

培训地点：B906

培训内容：1、全自动化核酸提取仪原理、流程和优势介绍；逆转录和荧光定量PCR的原理流程分享。

报名范围及培训要求：

1. 实操培训不限范围，可自由报名，分组培训；

2. 由于实验连续性要求，会持续两周时间；

3. 申请培训者，必须参加过所内生物安全培训并考核合格。

报名方式：

申请参加培训人员，培训申请表纸质文档（见附件）经课题组长签字后，交至B906室，同时发邮件提交该培训申请表的电子档至 arktic@siii.cas.cn。

报名截止时间为 3月3日。

Training Notice for Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor and RTQ

Pathogen Discovery and Preservation Facility will provide technical training on “Fully Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor and RTQ Lecture Training”. Please apply for it if you need to learn the relevant experimental skills.

Training time: On March 4, 2025.

Training Location: B906

Training content: 1、Automated nucleic acid extraction instrument principle, process and advantages; 2、Reverse transcription and qPCR principle process sharing.

Scope of application and training requirements:

1. All of you are welcomed to attend the training.

2. The training will last about two weeks, including the early experiment and the late observation.

3. Applicants have passed the BSL-2\ABSL-2 training.

Application submission:

Please submit the paper version of the training application form to B906, and send the electronic version of the application form via email to arktic@siii.cas.cn.
