非接触式超声破碎仪培训通知

研究所新购置非接触式超声破碎仪Qsonica Q800R3，已安装完毕。Q800R3非接触式超声波破碎仪是Qsonica公司为DNA/RNA和染色质剪切而专门设计的设备。整套设备由主机、换能器、杯式探头（即非接触式探头）、样品旋转部件、可透视消音箱和冷却循环水浴等几个部分组成。Q800R3由可编程的数字系统控制，可设定振幅、脉冲或暂停时间，并实时显示水浴温度，具备高重复性的处理结果。样品在匀速旋转的过程中被充分剪切，保证了样品处理的均一性。Q800R3适于ChIP、ChIP-seq、RNA-seq以及染色质剪切和DNA剪切。同时，Q800R3也可作为普通的非接触式超声波破碎仪，用于常规细胞破碎、蛋白提取等实验。并有多种规格非接触式探头及流动破碎室供选配，满足于不同实验体系。

仪器特点：

1、样品低速均匀旋转过程中即可充分剪切，保证剪切效果的均一性；

2、封闭式处理，避免交叉污染；

3、多种样品管适配器可选，最多可同时处理24个样品；

4、旋钮式液位调节系统，使不同体积的样品都能获得更佳剪切效果；

5、可编程的数字控制系统，界面操作简便，实验过程快速。

Training notice for non-contact sonicator

A new non-contact sonicator Qsonica Q800R3 has been installed. The Q800R3 sonicator is a specially designed device for DNA/RNA and chromatin shearing by Qsonica. The whole set of equipment is composed of several parts, such as the main unit, transducer, cup probe (i.e., non-contact probe), sample rotating parts, see-through silencer and cooling circulating water bath. The Q800R3 is controlled by a programmable digital system that can set amplitude, pulse, or pause time, and display the bath temperature in real time for highly repeatable results. The sample is fully sheared during the rotation at a constant speed to ensure the uniformity of the sample processing. Q800R3 is suitable for ChIP, ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, as well as chromatin and DNA cleavage. At the same time, the Q800R3 can also be used as a common non-contact ultrasonic disruptor for routine cell disruption, protein extraction and other experiments. And there are a variety of specifications of non-contact probes and flow crushing chambers for selection, to meet the needs of different experimental systems.

Instrument features:

1. During the process of uniform rotation at low speed, the sample can be fully sheared, ensuring the uniformity of the shearing effect;

2. Closed treatment to avoid cross-contamination;

3. A variety of sample tube adapters are optional, and up to 24 samples can be processed at the same time;

4. The knob liquid level adjustment system can make the samples of different volumes get better shearing effect;

5. Programmable digital control system, easy interface operation, fast experimental process.
