高压细胞破碎仪培训通知 

研究所新购置高压细胞破碎仪JN-Mini Pro已安装完毕。低温超高压连续流细胞破碎机JN-Mini Pro利用超高压能量使样品通过狭缝瞬间释放,在剪切效应、空穴效应、碰撞效应的作用下,使细胞破碎,使物质均质、分散、乳化、颗粒纳米化。全过程在4 -6 的低温循环水浴中进行,保持原有物质活性和性能。适用于细胞、大肠杆菌、酵母等各种细胞、细菌、真菌破碎。


仪器特点:

1. 进样、破碎、出样全过程都浸泡在4~6 低温循环水浴中进行,保持原有物质活性和性能;

2. 压力最高可达207 Mbar

3. 连续流进样1.5 L/h,最小样品处理量3 ml,样品残留量<0.1 ml

4. 高压状态下可任意停机、开机、暂停,压力保持不变;

5. 旋钮式压力调节系统,可自由增加、减少压力;

6. 可视化数字控制系统,界面操作简便,实验过程快速。

Notice for training of high-pressure cell disruptor

The institute has purchased a new high-pressure cell disruptor JN-Mini Pro and has completed its installation. The low-temperature ultra-high-pressure continuous flow cell disruptor JN-Mini Pro uses ultra-high pressure energy to release the sample through the slit instantaneously, and under the action of shear effect, hole effect and collision effect, the cells are broken, and the matter is homogenized, dispersed, emulsified and nano-particles. The whole process is carried out in a low-temperature circulating water bath at 4 C-6 C to maintain the activity and performance of the original substance. It is suitable for cell, E. coli, yeast and other cells, bacteria, fungi.


Instrument features:

1. The whole process of disruptor is soaked in a low-temperature circulating water bath at 4-6 C to maintain the activity and performance of sample;

2. The pressure can reach up to 207 Mbar;

3. Continuous flow injection of 1.5L/h, minimum sample processing capacity of 3 ml, sample residue < 0.1 ml;

4. Under the high pressure state, it can be stopped, started and suspended at will, and the pressure remains unchanged;

5. Knob type pressure adjustment system, which can increase and decrease pressure freely;

6. Visual digital control system, easy interface operation, fast experimental process.
