2023年度第二期细胞培养及病毒TCID50培训通知

为便于大家更深入掌握细胞培养及病毒TCID50测试技术，病原发现与大数据平台将举办细胞培养及病毒TCID50测试实操培训，请大家按需报名。

一、报名范围及培训要求

1. 实操培训不限范围，可自由报名，分组培训。

2. 由于实验连续性要求，会持续两周时间。

3. 申请培训者，必须参加过所内生物安全培训并考核合格。

二、培训安排

实验操作培训：11月中旬

地点：B座9楼

为了保证培训质量，暂定4~6人/组，依据报名情况分组另行通知。

三、报名方式

申请参加培训人员，培训申请表纸质文档经课题组长签字后，交至生命科学实验楼B906胡轶红老师，同时发邮件提交该培训申请表的电子档至arktic@siii.cas.cn。

报名截止时间为 11月7日。

Notice on 2nd phase of cell culture and virus TCID50 training in 2023

Pathogen Discovery & Computing Facility will provide technical training on “Cell culture and TCID50 (Tissue Culture Infective Dose) test”. Teachers and students can register to participate according to your own needs. 

I. Scope of application and training requirements

1. All of you are welcomed to attend the training.

2. The training will last about two weeks, including the early experiment and the late observation.

3. Applicants have passed the BSL-2\ABSL-2 training.

II. Training arrangements

Time: in the middle of November, 2023.

Location: 9F, Building B.

In order to ensure the quality of training, each group contains 4~6 person. We will release the training schedule after collecting the application forms.

III. Application submission

Please submit the paper version of the training application form to B906, and send the electronic version of the application form via email to arktic@siii.cas.cn . 

Registration deadline: November 7th.
