超高分辨显微镜培训通知

研究所内一台超高分辨显微镜（ZEISS Elyra7）将安排蔡司应用工程师于2023 年11 月 30日（周四）开展理论与上机培训，请各课题组、中心依据需求报名。

Zeiss Elyra7 利用结构光照明显微成像技术（SIM）对显微镜下的生物样本，辨析并重建出超精细的亚细胞器级别的结构。使用点阵模式的晶格状栅格照明使得SIM成为了理想的活细胞成像技术。晶格照明的光子效率得到了大幅提升，在提高成像速度的同时，也能获得更高的对比度和更低的光漂白。

使用仪器的实验人员必须依次参加理论培训、上机操作培训（申请上机培训者必须参加理论培训）、带教，并通过考核，签订安全操作承诺书后，获得上机权限。设备使用，采取线下预约登记和线下登记双签制度。

报名范围及培训要求

1.  理论培训不限范围，可自由报名，集中培训；

2.  上机操作培训，近3个月内需要使用该仪器开展实验的人员；

3. 申请上机操作培训者，必须已参加理论培训。

培训安排

中文理论培训：11月30日上午10:00-11:00，地点：A201；

上机操作培训：11月30日下午14:00-15:30，地点：A326；

自带样品答疑：11月30日下午15:30-16:30，地点：A326。

为了保证培训质量上机操作暂定6人，每个课题组一个名额，同组内先报先得。

Training Notice for Super-resolution Microscope System

There is a set of Super-resolution Microscope System (ZEISS Elyra7) in the analytical core facility. We will arrange training by ZEISS application engineer on Thursday, November 30, 2023. Please register according to your needs.

Zeiss Elyra7 used structured illumination microscopy (SIM) to discriminate the finest level of sub-organelle structures for biological samples under microscope. The sample area is illuminated with a lattice spot pattern to make SIM a preferred live cell imaging technique. The strongly improved photon efficiency of lattice illumination to increase the imaging speed while achieving higher contrast and lower photo dosage.

The experimental personnel must participate in theoretical course, hands-on training, and pass the assessment before obtaining authorization. After signing a safety operation commitment letter, you can obtain hands-on permission. ZEISS Elyra7 adopts an offline appointment registration and offline double signature system.

Application scope

1. Theoretical course is not limited, and you can sign up freely;

2. Hands-on training, personnel who need to use the instrument to carry out experiments in the next 3 months;

3.  If you need hands-on training, the theoretical course is necessary.

Training arrangements

1. Theoretical course in Chinese: 2023/11/30 10:00-11:00 a.m. Location: A201;

2. Hands-on training in Chinese: 2023/11/30 2:00-3:30 p.m. Location: A326;

3. Self-sample Run and Q&A: 2023/11/30 3:30-4:30 p.m. Location: A326.

In order to ensure the quality of training, Only 6 persons can take part in the hands-on sessions. One quota for each group.
