试运行通知：连续纳米药物制备系统

研究所新购置的连续纳米药物制备系统 Ignite已完成安装调试，将于2024年8月29日至9月29日进行为期一个月的试运行阶段。在此期间，免收机时费用但须在SAMP网站预约使用。连续纳米药物制备系统以先进的自动化微流控技术具有良好的可重现性，并且还有着易于使用、可放大、过程可控等优点。该系统可以在实验室规模下进行制备脂质纳米颗粒，体积最高可达 20 mL，流速可达 20 mL/min。

Notice for Trial Operation: Continuous Nanomedical Drug Preparation System

The newly purchased Continuous Nanomedical Drug Preparation System Ignite has been installed, and is planning a one-month trial operation phase from August 29 to September 29, 2024. During this period, the device will be free of use but users need to make reservation in SAMP website. It is equipped with advanced automated microfluidic technology, this system has excellent reproducibility and also has the adavantages of easy-to-use, scalable, and process-controlled. The system can prepare lipid nanoparticles at laboratory scale, with a maximum volume of 20 mL and a flow rate of up to 20 mL/min.
