新设备：立式冻干机使用通知
研究所新购置的LabconcoTM FreezoneTM 6L立式冻干机已安装。冷冻干燥系统可将含水样品预先冻结，然后将其水分在真空状态下升华而获得干燥样品，可冷冻干燥组织器官、血清血浆、尿液等样品，该设备配置：
1) 立式不锈钢冷阱，-84℃，集冰量6L，集冰效率为4L/24小时；
2) 16口不锈钢干燥室（带PTFE涂层），可耐受绝大多数有机溶剂，另加配3个750ml冻干瓶，可通过冻干瓶转接阀连接不锈钢干燥室使用；
3) 3层铝制样品搁架，可置于不锈钢干燥室中使用用，样品架高度可调，也可以根据需要卸下部分搁架，用户可以将任何形状、规格的样品容器至于搁架上。

Notice for Freeze Dryers
LabconcoTM FreezoneTM 6L vertical lyophilizer newly purchased by the Institute has been installed. The freeze-drying system can freeze the water containing sample in advance, and then sublimate its water under vacuum to obtain the dried sample. It can freeze and dry samples of tissues, organs, serum, plasma, urine, etc. The equipment is configured as follows:
1) Vertical stainless steel cold trap,-84℃, ice collection capacity 6L, ice collection efficiency 4L/24h;
2) 16 stainless steel drying chambers (with PTFE coating), resistant to most organic solvents, plus three 750ml freeze-drying bottles, which can be connected to the stainless steel drying chamber through the freeze-drying bottle transfer valve;
3) 3 layer aluminum sample shelf can be used in the stainless steel drying room. The height of the sample shelf can be adjusted, and some shelves can also be removed as required. Users can put sample containers of any shape and specification on the shelf.
