高通量液体纯化系统和纳升级液体工作站培训通知

高通量液体纯化系统Dragonfly对于不同粘度和表面张力的液体,比如从水相缓冲液、DMSO、甘油到血清,均能实现可靠稳定低分液,而且加样温和,甚至可以处理珍贵的细胞。 适用于单次加样0.5 μL - 4 mL,制备各种复杂的溶液组合以及配比,适用15, 24 (SBS和Linbro), 48, 96 及 384等板型。

纳升级液体工作站Mosquito Xtal3除了移液以外,还配合专门为蛋白结晶应用开发的软件,满足用户多种应用场景和需求,更好地契合蛋白晶体学的应用。适用于单次加样25nL - 1200nL,对蛋白样品、筛选液的精确吸取和移液,适用48, 96, 384, 1536 孔板,兼容多种SBS型的座滴板。

Training Notice for High-throughput Liquid Purification System and Nanoliter-scale Liquid Workstation

The high-throughput liquid purification system Dragonfly can achieve reliable, stable and low-deviation liquid dispensing for liquids with different viscosities and surface tensions, such as aqueous buffers, DMSO, glycerol and serum. Moreover, the sample addition is gentle, and it can even handle precious cells. It is suitable for single - time sample addition ranging from 0.5 μL to 4 mL, and can prepare various complex solution combinations and ratios. It is applicable to plate types such as 15-well, 24-well (SBS and Linbro), 48-well, 96-well and 384-well plates.

In addition to liquid transfer, the nanoliter - scale liquid workstation Mosquito Xtal3 is equipped with software specifically developed for protein crystallization applications. This enables it to meet users' diverse application scenarios and requirements, making it a better fit for applications in protein crystallography. It is suitable for single - time sample addition in the range of 25 nL - 1200 nL, capable of accurately aspirating and transferring protein samples and screening solutions. It is applicable to 48-well, 96-well, 384-well and 1536 -well plates, and is compatible with a variety of sitting drop SBS plates.
