激光共聚焦显微镜培训通知

研究所内一台激光共聚焦显微镜（ZEISS LSM900）样机，将安排蔡司应用工程师于近期进所培训。

ZEISS LSM900激光共聚焦显微镜为生物医学等相关领域常用的科研仪器设备，可对固定样本进行多色荧光及透射光成像、三维成像及重构、大视野拼图、光谱扫描及拆分、共定位分析等实验。

使用仪器的实验人员必须依次参加理论培训、上机操作培训（申请上机培训者必须参加理论培训）、带教，并通过考核，签订安全操作承诺书后，获得上机权限，目前使用线下登记双签制度。

设备试用期间，采取线下预约登记的方式。

根据课题组需求，计划于2024 年10月 17日 (周四)开展理论与上机培训，请各课题组、中心依据需求报名。

报名范围及培训要求

1.  理论培训不限范围，可自由报名，集中培训。

2. 上机操作培训，近3个月内需要使用该仪器开展实验的人员。

3. 申请上机操作培训者，必须已参加理论培训。

培训安排

中文理论培训：

10月17日上午10:00—11:30，地点：B207

上机操作中文培训：

10月17日下午1:30—2:30 第一组，地点：A324

10月17日下午2:30—3:30 第二组，地点：A324

自带样品答疑：

10月17日下午3:30—4:30, 地点：A324。

为了保证培训质量上机操作暂定6人/组，共两组，每个课题组暂定一个名额，同组内先报先得。

Training Notice for Laser Confocal Microscope System

There is a set of demo Laser Confocal Microscope System (ZEISS LSM900) of Analytical Core Facility. We will arrange training sessions by ZEISS application engineer recently.

ZEISS LSM900 laser confocal microscope is a commonly used scientific research equipment in biomedical and related fields. It can perform multi-color fluorescence and transmission imaging, 3D imaging and reconstruction, large field stitching, spectral scanning and splitting, co-localization analysis and other experiments on fixed samples.

The experimental personnel must participate in theoretical course, hands-on training, and pass the assessment before obtaining authorization. Analytical core facility plans to hold a training on 17th Oct. 2024(Thursday). All are requested to register according to your needs. More training will be arranged according to demand.

Application scope

1. Theoretical course is not limited, and you can sign up freely.

2. Hands-on training, personnel who need to use the instrument to carry out experiments in the next 3 months.

3.  If you need hands-on training, the theoretical course is necessary.

1. Theoretical course in Chinese: 2024/10/17 10:00—11:30 a.m. Location: B207

2. Hands-on training in Chinese:

Group1 2024/10/17, 1:30—2:30 p.m. Location: A324.

Group2 2024/10/17, 2:30—3:30 p.m. Location: A324.

3. Self-sample Run and Q&A: 2024/10/17, 3:30—4:30 p.m. Location: A324.

In order to ensure the quality of training, Only 6 persons per group can take part in the hands-on sessions. 2 groups in total. One quota for each group.
