磁性细胞富集仪培训通知

研究所新购置的磁性细胞富集仪autoMACS NEO已安装在A304。为便于老师、同学们更好地使用该仪器，公共仪器与测试分析平台计划于6月12日开展培训，欢迎大家积极报名参加！

磁性细胞富集仪autoMACS NEO功能特点：

1. 高纯度、高回收率：分选后细胞平均纯度95%，平均回收率90%；

2. 高活性：磁珠分选对细胞温和，无损伤，分选后细胞活性可达95%，功能无改变。

3. 稀有细胞的分选：对原始比例较低的珍稀细胞，可以快速完成分选，对细胞生理功能无影响；

4. 与流式细胞仪兼容：分选后细胞可以立即用于流式分析或流式分选。

培训安排：2024年6月12日 (星期三)

理论培训：13:30-14:30，A207；

操作培训：14:30-16:30，A304；

Training notice for The autoMACS NEO Separator

The newly purchased autoMACS NEO Separator institute has been installed in A304. In order to facilitate teachers and students to better use the instrument, We plan to conduct training on June 12th. All are welcome.

Functional characteristics of the autoMACS NEO Separator:

1. High purity and high recovery rate: After sorting, the average purity of the cells is 95%, and the average recovery rate is 90%;

2. High activity: Magnetic bead sorting is gentle and non damaging to cells. After sorting, cell activity can reach 95% without any changes in function.

3. Sorting of rare cells: For rare cells with a lower proportion of original cells, sorting can be quickly completed without affecting their physiological functions;

4. Compatible with flow cytometry: After sorting, cells can be immediately used for flow cytometry analysis or loss sorting.

Training arrangement: June 12, 2024 (Wednesday)

Theoretical training: 13:30-14:30, A207.

Operation training: 14:30-16:30, A304.
