Imaris软件培训通知
研究所Imaris 9.5软件（试用版本10.0，带机器学习功能）的管理采取开放使用的方式。为便于老师、同学们更好地使用该软件，计划于2023 年10 月 27日(周五) 开展软件应用与上机培训，请各课题组、中心依据需求报名。
Imaris为用户提供显微数据集的可视化，特别是多通道图像的数据分析。图像可以以多种不同的方式查看和处理，以提供来自二维或三维静止图像、时间序列和动画的最佳信息量。
报名范围及培训要求
1. 应用培训不限范围，可自由报名，集中培训；
2. 申请上机操作培训者，必须已参加应用培训；
3.上机操作培训，近3个月内需要使用该仪器开展实验的人员。
培训安排
培训语言：中文
应用培训：10月27日上午10:00-11:00，地点：A201。
操作培训：10月27日下午1:00-3:00，imaris基础模块讲解与操作演示；10月27日下午3:00-5:00，可自行携带数据答疑。地点：A322。

Imaris Training Notice
There is a set of Imaris9.5 software (demo version 10.0 with machine learning function) in the Institute. In order to facilitate teachers and students to use the software better, we plan to carry out training on 27th October 2023 (Friday). All research groups and centers are welcome to actively register to participate.
Imaris is an application designed to visualize microscopic data, especially for multi-channel images. The images can be viewed in several different ways and processed to provide the optimum amount of information from 2D or 3D still images, time series, and animations.
Application scope
1. Application training is not limited, and you can sign up freely;
2. Those who apply for operation training must have participated in application training;
3. Operation training: personnel who need to use the software to carry out experiments in the past 3 months.
Training arrangements
Language: Chinese.
Application training: 27th October, 10:00-11:00 am. Location: A201.
Operation training: 27th October, 1:00-3:00 pm. Imaris module introduction and demo;
27th October, 3:00-5:00 pm. It’s better to carry your own data for analysis. Location: A322.
Ways of registration: Scan the QR code to fill in the registration form. Registration deadline: 5:00 pm. 26th October.
