为了更好的了解磁性细胞分选原理和相关设备操作，公共仪器与测试分析平台将邀请美天旎技术专家入所做磁性细胞分选技术培训。欢迎大家积极参加报名！
培训主题：磁性细胞分选技术培训
培训时间：2023年9月20日 （周三下午）13:30-17:00
培训安排：
1、理论培训（地点：B207）
1）高活性、高得率的单细胞制备流程；
2）磁珠分选原理及应用方向介绍。
2、操作培训与演示（地点：A304、A312）
1）gentle MACS Octo with Heaters 全自动组织处理器；
2）auto MACS pro 全自动磁性细胞分选仪。
报名范围及培训要求：
1、理论培训不限范围，可自由报名，集中培训；
2、申请操作培训者，必须已参加理论培训；
3、操作培训，近3个月内需要使用该类仪器开展实验的人员。操作培训名额限15人，先报先得，培训前一天会进行邮件确认。

Training Notice of Magnetic Activated Cell Sorting
In order to better understand the principle of Magnetic Activated Cell Sorting and the operation of related equipment, we plan to invite Miltenyi biotec application engineer to carry out the training. All research groups and centers in need are kindly requested to register and participate.
Topic: Training of Magnetic Activated Cell Sorting
Training Time: 13:30 ~ 17:00 on 20th Sept., 2023.
Content:
1. Theory Training (Location: B207) :
1) High activity and high yield single cell preparation process.
2) The principle and application direction of MACS.
2. Operation Training (Location: A304, A312)
1) gentle MACS Octo with Heaters.
2) auto MACS pro.
Training requirements:
1. Theoretical training is not limited, and you can sign up freely.
2. Those who apply for operation training must have participated in theoretical training.
3. Operation training, personnel who need to use the instrument to carry out experiments in the past 3 months. The operation training is limited to 15 people. We will confirm via email the day before the training.
