小动物活体成像仪使用培训通知

　　研究所小动物活体成像仪（IVIS Spectrum）安装在9楼生物安全实验室，为了充分利用仪器生物发光、荧光活体成像的功能，提高小鼠活体成像的质量，满足各位老师、同学的实验需求，实验动物平台邀请PE公司技术人员来所进行该仪器使用的培训。 

培训内容： 

1.小动物活体成像荧光素酶基因、底物，荧光蛋白的选择； 

2.提高生物发光成像质量的技术要点； 

3.荧光成像、光谱拆分的技术要点； 

4.图像分析。 

培训时间、地点： 

20222022年11月21日上午9:00-10:30

地点：A201报告厅

Training Notice on the Use of Small Animal Live Imaging System

The Small Animal Live Imaging System( IVIS Spectrum) of the Institute is installed in the biosafety laboratory on the 9th floor. In order to make full use of the bioluminescence and fluorescence imaging functions of the instrument and improve the quality of mouse imaging in vivo, the Laboratory Animal Platform invited PE company technicians to the Institute for training on the use of the instrument. 

Training contents: 

1. Selection of luciferase gene, substrate and fluorescent protein in vivo imaging of small animals; 

2. Technical points for improving the quality of bioluminescence imaging; 

3. Technical points of fluorescence imaging and spectral resolution; 

4. Image analysis. 

Training schedule: 

Time: 9:00-10:30 a.m. on November 21, 2022.

Location: A201.
