电镜技术系列培训：第二期超薄切片样品制备培训

　　随着电镜相关的仪器设备陆续到货，以及老师、同学们对于使用电镜的需求日益增加，为便于老师、同学们更好的利用电镜解决科研问题，电镜平台计划开展电镜技术系列培训，第二期为超薄切片样品制备培训（徕卡UC7），具体时间、地点、内容如下，欢迎各课题组、中心积极报名。 　  

培训内容 

超薄切片样品制备培训：超薄切片机UC7的使用。 

　　Leica EM UC7/FC7是一台快速高效的常温和冷冻超薄切片机。它可以制备高质量的半薄和超薄切片，以及光学显微镜、透射电镜、扫描电镜和原子力显微镜检查所需的完美光滑表面。超薄切片机UC7可以在常温下进行切片制备，仅需数分钟可以将FC7冷冻切片系统配备到UC7上，将其转换成一台冷冻超薄切片机。 

报名范围 

不限范围，可自由报名。 

培训日程 

时间：2022年11月22日，上午9:30 / 下午13:30。

地点：A302。（根据报名人数分组）

Electron Microscope Technology Series Training

Phase 2. Ultrathin section

With the arrival of EM equipment and the increasing demand of teachers and students for the use of electron microscope, in order to facilitate teachers and students to better use electron microscope to solve scientific research problems, the EM platform plans to carry out Electron Microscope Technology Series Training. Phase 2 is ultrathin section . Welcome to sign up and participate.

Training contents

Ultrathin section：Leica EM UC7

Leica EM UC7/FC7 is a high-efficiency room-temperature and cryo sample sectioning ultramicrotome. It prepares excellent quality semi- and ultra-thin sections, as well as the perfectly smooth surfaces required for LM, TEM, SEM, and AFM examination.  UC7 prepares room-temperature samples and within minutes after being equipped with the FC7 low temperature sectioning system, UC7/FC7 can prepare cryo sample.

Training schedule

9:30 a.m./13:30 p.m., Nov 22, 2022, A302. (In order to ensure the training quality, the operation training will be grouped according to the enrollment.)
