AKTA蛋白层析纯化技术讲座

　　蛋白纯化技术是生物研究领域的一项重要技术，蛋白纯化方法主要是利用不同蛋白质间的相似性与差异。依据蛋白间的相似性可以去除非蛋白物质，再根据蛋白质的差异性将目的蛋白分离出来。蛋白质的分离和提纯工作需根据蛋白的特性选择合适的纯化方法来提高获得的蛋白制品的纯度。

Technology Lecture on AKTA Protein Chromatography Purification

Protein purification technology is an important technology in the field of biological research. Protein purification methods mainly use the similarities and differences between different proteins. According to the similarity of proteins, non protein substances can be removed, and then the target protein can be separated according to the difference of proteins. In order to improve the purity of protein products, the appropriate purification method should be selected according to the characteristics of protein.
