整体组织切片及共聚焦拉曼在生命科学中的应用
生物组织切片通过相应染色和分析能了解到发病原理和疾病过程中发生的细胞、组织和器官的结构、功能和代谢方面的改变及其转归规律。共聚焦生物拉曼快速成像显微镜可以在分子水平上提供细胞生化成分的指纹信息,具有接近光学衍射极限的空间分辨率和高通量。本次报告介绍动物切片制备新方法以及应用前景,并结合拉曼成像,我们展开讨论该成像方案在单细胞表型,组织表型及病理分析和生物仿生工程方面前景。

Application of whole tissue section and confocal Raman spectroscopy in life science
Through the corresponding staining and analysis of biological tissue sections, we can understand the pathogenesis and the changes of the structure, function and metabolism of cells, tissues and organs in the process of disease. Confocal biological Raman fast imaging microscope can provide fingerprint information of biochemical components of cells at the molecular level, with spatial resolution close to the optical diffraction limit and high throughput. In this report, we will introduce the new method of animal slice preparation and its application prospect. Combined with Raman imaging, we will discuss the prospect of this imaging scheme in the aspects of single cell phenotype, tissue phenotype, pathological analysis and biological bionic engineering.
