流式分析仪Celesta配置3个固体激光器：405nm，488nm，640nm。荧光通道见图表。Celesta属于大型仪器，在未经培训考核的情况下，不允许个人自主上机。请有试用需求或想对流式分析仪应用进一步了解的用户联系仪器管理人员赵越 (A314)。

New Arrival: The Flow Cytometer Celesta

Our Institute has purchased a new flow cytometer Celesta, which has been installed and commissioned. Now it is in the trial run stage. The trial operation period is from February 2, 2023 to March 3, 2023. Welcome to try it out.

The flow cytometer Celesta is equipped with three solid-state lasers: 405nm, 488nm and 640nm. The fluorescence channel is shown in the diagram. Celesta is an expensive and complicated instrument, and it is not allowed to operate independently without training and certification. If you have a trial demand or want to know more about the application of the flow cytometer, please contact Yue Zhao (A314), the instrument manager.
