研究所新购置的磁性细胞富集仪autoMACS NEO已完成安装调试，将于6月11日至7月11日进行为期一个月的试运行阶段。在此期间，免收机时费用。

磁性细胞富集仪autoMACS NEO可高速、高纯度、高回收率地分选多种类型细胞。该设备采用磁性细胞分选技术，可实现自动细胞标记和细胞分选，包括自动进行细胞与磁珠孵育、预冲分选柱、样本摄取、洗脱阳性和阴性成分、冲洗、清洗以及分选柱维护。

Trial run notification for The autoMACS NEO Separator

The newly purchased autoMACS NEO Separator has been installed and debugged, and will undergo a one month trial operation phase from June 11th to July 11th. During this period, the cost of using the instrument is free of charge.

The autoMACS NEO separator can efficiently, high-purity, and high recovery rate sort various types of cells. It adopts magnetic cell sorting technology, which can achieve automatic cell labeling and cell sorting, including automatic incubation of cells with magnetic beads, pre washing of sorting columns, sample uptake, washing of positive and negative components, rinsing, cleaning, and maintenance of sorting columns.

The autoMACS NEO Separatoris an expensive and complicated instrument, and individuals are not allowed to use it independently without passing the assessment.
