同步多色多光子显微镜培训通知

研究所购置的正置同步多色多光子显微镜 （EVIDENT FV4000MPE），现在A324，将安排EVIDENT应用工程师于近期进所培训。

同步多色多光子显微镜FV4000MPE采用先进的硅基SilVIR探测器，实现更低的噪声、更高的灵敏度和更强的光子分辨能力。配备了405nm，488nm，561nm，640nm四根全固体长寿命激光器和双谱线红外脉冲激光器波长范围690-1300nm连续可调，同时可输出1040nm固定波长，具备共振快扫和光漂白模块。能够采集大厚度的组织或细胞内部的荧光标记信号，在细胞、亚细胞水平观察组织或细胞的形态学变化和内部微细结构、对样品进行断层扫描并重构和分析组织或细胞的三维空间结构、观察重要离子浓度的变化等。

使用仪器的实验人员必须依次参加理论培训、上机操作培训、带教，并通过考核，设备使用采取SAMP网站预约审核的方式。

根据课题组需求，计划于2024年7月3日（周三）下午，开展理论培训，次日提供上机培训，请各课题组、中心依据需求报名。

报名范围及培训要求

1. 应用培训不限范围，可自由报名，集中培训。

2. 申请上机操作培训者，必须已参加应用培训。

3. 上机操作培训，近3个月内需要使用该仪器开展实验的人员。

培训安排

培训语言：中文 

应用培训：7月3日下午1:30-3:00，地点：B207会议室。

上机操作培训：

7月4日上午9:00-11:30，FV4000MPE上机实操，可自带样本；

7月4日下午1:30-4:00，FV4000MPE上机实操，可自带样本。

7月4日下午4:00-5:00，答疑。

上机及答疑地点：A324室

Training Notice for Synchronous Multi-Color Multiphoton Microscope FV4000MPE

There is a set of upright Synchronous Multi-Color Multiphoton Microscope (EVIDENT FV4000MPE) purchased in A324 of Analytical Core Facility. We will arrange training sessions by EVIDENT application engineer recently.

Synchronous Multi-Color Multiphoton Microscope FV4000MPE uses the advanced, silicon-based SilVIR™ detector that makes it easier than ever to acquire precise, reproducible data. The lasers of the microscope are equipped with four all solid-state long-life lasers of 405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 640nm and dual infrared pulse lasers with 690-1300um tunable and 1040nm wavelength. It is also equipped with hardware resonant fast scanning and photo bleaching module. It can collect fluorescent labeling signals from thick tissues or within cells, observe morphological changes and internal microstructures of tissues or cells at the cellular and subcellular levels, perform tomography scans on samples, reconstruct and analyze the three-dimensional spatial structure of tissues or cells, and observe changes in important ion concentrations, etc..

The experimental personnel must participate in theoretical course, operation training, and pass the assessment before obtaining authorization. It’s necessary to reserve the device on SAMP website.

Analytical core facility plans to hold a training in the afternoon of July 3, 2024(Wednesday). All are requested to register according to your needs. More training will be arranged according to demand.

Application scope

1. Application training is not limited, and you can sign up freely.

2. Those who apply for operation training must have participated in application training.

3. Operation training: personnel who need to use the software to carry out experiments in the past 3 months.
