微量纳米药物制备系统培训通知
研究所新购置的微量纳米药物制备系统(高压微流控纳米颗粒制备仪NanoAssemblr Spark),该设备可通过水相与有机相两相的进样混合制备诸如脂质纳米颗粒(LNP)、脂质体以及多聚体等多种纳米颗粒。Spark通过微流控的方法促使水相与有机相两相在层流条件下进行充分、均一地混合,自组装成关键质量属性优异的纳米颗粒。Spark可被用于核酸包裹,进行mRNA、DNA、siRNA等核酸的体外、体内递送,进行相关核酸药物的研究。

Training notice for microfluidic nanoparticles formulation system
The newly purchased microfluidic nanoparticle formulation system (NanoAssembly Spark) can prepare various types of nanoparticles such as lipid nanoparticles (LNP), liposomes, and polymers by mixing the aqueous and organic phases. This device uses microfluidic methods to promote the thorough and uniform mixing of water and organic phases under laminar flow conditions, and self-assembles into nanoparticles with excellent key quality attributes. It can be used for nucleic acid encapsulation, in vitro and in vivo delivery of mRNA, DNA, siRNA and other nucleic acids, and for research on related nucleic acid drugs.
