Aurora CS全光谱流式细胞分选仪培训通知
研究所内一台Aurora CS全光谱流式细胞分选仪安装在A304，将安排Cytek应用工程师于近期进所培训。
Aurora CS 采用Cytek专利的全光谱分析技术（Full Spectrum Profiling，FSP），独特的光学设计和解析方法能让研究者体会到使用的灵活性，不仅可广泛选择大量新的荧光染料，且无需为每个应用重新定义配置。配置5根激光器、3个散射光通道和64个荧光检测通道，充分发挥Cytek的创新技术优势，兼顾高端分选仪所必备的功能与特性，打造值得期待的高端分选仪器。
实验人员必须依次参加线上理论培训、上机操作培训（申请上机培训者必须参加线上理论培训）、带教，并通过考核，签订安全操作承诺书后，获得上机权限，目前使用线下登记双签制度。
设备使用，采取线下预约登记的方式。
根据课题组需求，计划于2022 年7 月 12日 (周二) 开展线上中文理论培训，2022 年7 月 13日 (周三) 开展线上英文文理论培训，2022 年7 月 19日--2022 年7 月 21日(周二到周四) 开展上机操作培训，请各课题组、中心依据需求报名。
报名范围及培训要求
1. 线上理论培训不限范围，可自由报名。
2. 上机操作培训（限8人且事先告知样本详情, 每个课题组限一人），近1个月内需要使用该仪器开展实验的人员。
3. 申请上机操作培训者，必须已参加理论培训。
培训安排
线上理论培训：

上机操作培训：
上机培训时间7月19日—7月20日10:00—16:30，地点：A304

为了保证培训质量上机操作暂定8人。

Training Notice for Aurora CS Full Spectrum Cytometry System
There is a set of Aurora CS Full Spectrum Cytometry System in A304 of Instrumental Analysis Platform. We will arrange training sessions by Cytek application engineer recently.
The Aurora CS system provides the benefits of Full Spectrum Profiling (FSP) technology. Its optical design and unmixing algorithm provide scientists increased flexibility, enabling the use of a wide array of new fluorochrome combinations without reconfiguring the system for each application. With five lasers, three scattering channels, and 64 fluorescence channels, the Aurora CS system is designed to leverage the paradigm-shifting technology onboard the Cytek Aurora system and deliver the sorting capabilities you have come to expect in a high-end sorter.
The experimental personnel must participate in theoretical course online, hands-on training, and pass the assessment before obtaining authorization. We plans to hold a Chinese theoretical course online on 12th July 2022(Tuesday) and an English theoretical course online on 13th July 2022（Wednesday）. And we also plan to hold a hands-on training on 19th–21st July 2022 (Tuesday to Thursday). All are requested to register according to your needs. More training will be arranged according to demand.
Application scope
1. Theoretical course online is not limited, and you can sign up freely.
2. Hands-on training, personnel who need to use the instrument to carry out experiments in the next one month, limited 8 persons and informed the sample details, only one for each research group.
3. If you need hands-on training, the theoretical course is necessary.

In order to ensure the quality of training, 8 persons are tentatively scheduled.
Ways of registration
It's better to take the research group or the platform as the unit. Please click "read the original text" to download and print Annex 1, then fill in the registration form. The hands-on training registration form need to be signed by PI or leader of platform. Please pass the signed registration form to Jing ZHAO (A314) before 4:00 p.m. 11th July. 2022.
