蛋白纯化高阶技术讲座 

　　蛋白纯化技术是生物研究领域的一项重要技术。要研究某一个特殊蛋白质，首先就要将这个蛋白从生物体中分离纯化出来。蛋白纯化方法主要是利用不同蛋白质间的相似性与差异。依据蛋白间的相似性可以去除非蛋白物质，再根据蛋白质的差异性将目的蛋白分离出来。蛋白质的分离和提纯工作是一项艰巨而繁重的任务，需根据蛋白的特性选择合适的纯化方法来提高获得的蛋白制品的纯度。 

　　蛋白纯化高阶技术讲座针对有一定蛋白纯化基础和经验的人员举办，旨在大家提出痛点技术问题，互相交流技术经验，互通有无。

Advanced Lecture on Protein Purification Technology 

Protein purification technology is an important technology in biological research field. To study a particular protein, we first need to isolate and purify the protein from the organism. Protein purification methods mainly use the similarities and differences between different proteins. Non protein substances can be removed according to the similarity between proteins, and then the target protein can be separated according to the difference of proteins. The separation and purification of protein is an arduous task. It is necessary to select an appropriate purification method according to the characteristics of the protein to improve the purity of the obtained protein products. 

This lecture is held for personnel with protein purification experience, aiming to focus key points and technical problems, exchange and communicate technical experience with each other.
