Bio-Techne旗下的新一代RNA原位杂交技术---RNAscope技术可用于多领域的研究。在细菌、DNA/RNA/逆转录病毒中可对靶标进行RNA水平的原位检测，包括定位和定量。在细菌病毒引发的炎症免疫以及肿瘤免疫微环境中，该技术亦可检测免疫细胞、炎症因子、细胞因子、趋化因子等相关标记物。

We plans to hold an online lecture on " Detection of RNAscope technology in bacterial, viral and tumor immunity " on August 16. Welcome to sign up and participate!
The new generation of RNAscope technology under Bio-Techne can be used for research in multiple fields. In situ detection of target RNA level, including localization and quantification, can be performed in bacteria, DNA / RNA / retrovirus. In the inflammatory immune and tumor immune microenvironment triggered by bacteria and viruses, the technology can also detect immune cells, inflammatory factors, cytokines, chemokines and other related markers.
